1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and sbk21 ("Platform", "We"). Sbk21 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or any legally recognised identification document in Malaysia. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified period may be temporarily suspended or closed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) sbk21 account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sbk21 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sbk21's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and over 50 other leagues), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules govern all sports bets placed on sbk21:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per selection is RM1. Maximum stakes vary depending on the match type, league, and market.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered valid once it has been received and confirmed by the sbk21 system. Confirmation of a successful bet will be displayed in your Bet Slip and betting history.
• Pre-Match Betting: Odds displayed before a match begins are subject to change. sbk21 reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any market at any time before the match starts.
• Live Betting: In-play betting is subject to additional rules. sbk21 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting during technical disruptions or unforeseen in-match events.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Sbk21 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for reasons including breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or requests from legal authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, sbk21 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including bonus balances and real cash winnings obtained through activities that violate the terms.

Conversely, members may close their sbk21 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any eligible real cash balance will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the sbk21 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and sbk21. sbk21 is committed to resolving all complaints within a reasonable timeframe through our customer support team, reachable at support@sbk21.click or via the platform's live chat.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. By using the sbk21 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of all related disputes.
